3D Matterport Tour

We use the Matterport system to capture properties in 3D. Naturally, our gross internal area measurements may come out less than purchasing from MPAC. This is because MPAC measures from corner to corner of the house, whereas Matterport fills in its space by laser measurements, and can lose square footage from wall depth, closed closet space, etc.
